How do I place an order?
Pick your pair, choose your size, then tap Add to Cart or Buy Now. Fill in your delivery details at checkout and confirm. That is it.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. You pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your door. No advance payment is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days depending on your city. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Can I exchange a pair if the size is wrong?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will help you exchange it. The pair must be unworn and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your foot length in centimetres and compare it with the size shown on the product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier tracking details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
