Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer. Delays can happen during sales, holidays or bad weather.

Shipping charges

Orders over Rs 5,000 ship free. For smaller orders, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Cash on Delivery

You pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched we share the courier tracking details with you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please enter your full address and a working phone number. If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned and your order cancelled.
